To verify a real estate broker’s eligibility, we collect:

  • Trade license number

  • Copy of the trade license

  • Trade license expiry date

  • Copy of the real estate broker card (RERA Card)

  • RERA Card expiry date

  • Approximate location (when location services are enabled)

Fourth: Advertisement Data

Depending on the type of listing published, we may request:

  • Annual lease contract (for tenants renting a property on a monthly or daily basis)

  • Holiday Homes Permit if the listing relates to short-term rental units

  • Property number and year of purchase when listing a property for sale

  • Trakheesi permit number and QR code (QRC) for each real estate listing (for broker accounts)
